We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your FitNudge account and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the FitNudge app
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile > Settings
Tap your profile tab, then tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
You'll find this option at the bottom of the settings screen. Confirm when prompted.
Your account will be permanently deleted
This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
Email us at support@fitnudge.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
What Data Gets Deleted
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed from our servers. This cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
